Dutch Pilots against Double Taxation
Leuker kunnen we het niet maken...
Wel makkelijker hopen we.
What's required?
The software can read CSV rosters as published by the new eCrew.
Make sure you save all your rosters as csv files, in UTC time and in vertical orientation asap!
Anyone with an easyJet mail address can use the software. It works using an extensive database of OFPs that it needs for statistics. The initial batch of over 1500 were collected by just one of our collegues.
All we now ask in return is that every user uploads more than 50 OFPs per year to help keep the database up to date.
So, how to use:
- Make sure you keep your roosters in csv (vertical orientation). It cannot read PDF or the new HTML format rosters. Quick guide on how to do it is on the site.
- Download all rosters in csv, as far back as you can still go on eCrew. You never know when you'll need them even if you don't think so right now.
Before downloading, set your eCrew to:- UTC time (otherwise, eCrew doesn't export some essential data)
- Vertical orientation
- To start, you'll need to upload a minimum of 51 OPFs (international ones). Preferably 50/50 in and outbound.
- You'll find some explanation on different ways of getting the OFPs. You can do it all from your company iPad now, so make it a habit of saving them at the end of all your duties!
- For first access (to start off), just use the Connected LIDO link to manually download OFPs to unlock your account.
Documentation/instructions on how to download OFPs using the connected portal with/without your iPad are all at the bottom of the page.
- Access to the splitter via this link: https://dpadt.etimmermans.com/splitter/
Finally... I wished this note wasn't required but a collegue has already proven otherwise: abuse of the software by attemting to bypass the OFP upload functionality, sharing an account for the same reason, will result in an immediate and permanent ban on the use of the software.
